Mercedes Bello, M.D.

• Mercedes Bello, M.D., is a board certified pediatric neurologist practicing at the Nicklaus Children Hospital office of NNP.

  She graduated from Medicine in 1992 in Havana, Cuba, and completed a residency in Child Neurology at University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She is certified by the American Board of Psy-chiatry and Neurology with Special Qualifications in Child Neurology and Sleep Medicine.

  She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. She is involved in the education of medical students and pediatric residents at the NCH and specializes in Sleep Medicine.
