          Fr. Erastus Gathathu Wanjau who passed on while undergoing treatment at Mater Hospital — Nairobi on Monday 21/6/2021.

          Beloved son of the late Francis Wanjau and Nancy Muringo.

          He was a brother in law to Alice Wambui Muriithi, Rosemary Muthoni Mwangi, Jane Nyahura Kiongo, Ann Muthoni,Giting’a, Esther Njoki Kamau, Jane Wangari Njogu, Bernard Munge Wotuku and John Kamutu Muteti.

          He was an uncle to many.

          Rev. Fr. Gathathu has served the church in many places including; Magumu Catholic Parish, Kaheti, Mathari chaplainancy, Chaplain — Srs. of Mary Immaculate, Wamagana Parish, Birithia Parish, St.
